Most stoners say that they can quit weed anytime they like because even if they’ve smoked pot for a long time, they’re not addicted. At some point, you may have said the same too. But now that you’re here, you know that quitting an addiction isn’t as easy as you initially thought. What more than an addiction to something that feels so good? Euphoria has always been the selling point of weed. Unlike other drugs, it doesn’t do any direct physical damage besides burning through your lungs. Before I start sounding like I endorse pot, let me give you some starter tips on how to quit smoking weed.

Want and Choose To Quit

Your psychological attachment to weed is difficult to break. That’s a fact. If someone tells you that you can overcome marijuana addiction overnight, turn around and run away really, really fast. One requirement to successfully quit smoking weed is to want to quit. However, wanting to stop is sometimes not enough. Over time, the line between wanting to quit and choosing to quit becomes more apparent.

The want to quit can exist without real personal desire. The choice to quit can easily be betrayed without wanting to quit. Always want to stop and choose to stop. Both aspects require tremendous amount of willpower, but will also supply you with it. Your desire to quit is not without a reason. That reason will motivate you. Your choice to quit helps you stand your ground. Once you’ve said “I chose not to walk this path anymore”, you can simply follow through.

Identify Triggers

As weird as it sounds, smoking pot DOES have triggers. More often than not you smoke pot as a form of escape from the horrifying reality of life. You have problems, and weed is your method of running away from them. Seek out these problems and deal with them. Without them, you’ll find no reason – or excuse – to smoke weed besides your taste for it. When the only reason for smoking weed is to get high, then it becomes much easier to kick the addiction.

Explore Options

Assuming you’ve done the above steps, you can now explore your options. A word of advice: there is no single method that will cure your addiction to weed. Try out as many addiction curbing techniques as you can. The more you utilize the higher your chances of quitting your weed addiction.

The above steps are merely foundations in preparation for whatever addiction-kicking method you use. Look deep within yourself if you still love the destructive habit; for with it you will fail. Speaking of failure, prepare to fail more than once in your quest. The key is to persevere. Try again. Remember where you failed. Review these tips on how to quit smoking weed if you wish.

There are different smoking ban regulations that are in place in the different states. There are some states that have very strict smoking bans that affect almost every area of public life. In other states, the laws are left up to the various cities and places of business.

There are workplace smoking bans that require the majority of the workplace to be smoke free while designating a smoking area in a room or outside a certain side of the building. These workplace smoking bans allow individuals who want to work in a place where the air is not full of smoke to work, and it also allows people who like to smoke to enjoy their breaks with their cigarettes in the designated areas.

Types of Bans

The workplace smoking bans depend on the type of workplace. There are workplace smoking bans in most government run businesses such as museums and schools. There are also usually workplace smoking bans at theaters and hospitals. All of these workplaces usually have some area that is designated for smoking so that people that smoke can still have a place to go and enjoy their break.

If the workplace is a place of travel, then there are also usually comprehensive workplace smoking bans in those places. Train stations, bus stations and airports usually have designated areas where people can smoke but on the buses, trains or planes, there is not any smoking allowed at all.

There is sometimes smoking allowed in a bar in those places of travel, but that is not always the case. In addition, if the workplace is a hotel or motel, smoking bans are also in place, however, the rooms that are available as a non-smoking room might end up being occupied by a smoker, thus making the room smell like smoke.

There are also workplace bans on smoking in place where there is dining available. Most restaurants have workplace smoking bans that allow their customers to eat without being surrounded by smoke. There are sometimes smoking sections available still in certain restaurants, especially those that have bars in them, but these are diminishing since the smoke from those areas will sometimes drift into the other areas where smoking is not allowed.

There are some places that are sports bars where there is food served as well as drinks. These usually still allow smoking, but today there are more and more of these restaurants that have implemented workplace smoking bans for their customers.

All across the United States and most of Canada, laws are being passed en masse to keep smokers and smoking, out of any public areas.

Anyone who smokes knows how smokers have slowly but surely been “squeezed” out.

It all started with the ban on smoking, except for trans-oceanic flights. Then eventually even that was taken away from smokers. As a smoker, I can’t say that I disagree with the airplane rules against smoking. If I can’t even stretch my legs out or scratch my back because of the cramped quarters on airplanes, how in the world can you have a “section” of people puffing away and not have all that smoke ruminate throughout the cabin?

Then it seemed like restaurants were the next domino to fall. Again, how could some people in the same room not be subject to the same air as the rest of the crowd? Fair enough, people who don’t smoke don’t want to inhale a cloud of smoke with their meal.

But then, the unthinkable happened…THEY BANNED SMOKING IN BARS! The last oasis of “freedom to puff” was stripped away from us. What is a bar without a huge fog of smoke? How could us men go home to our wives and tell them we were at the bar with guys when we don’t even smell like a stale ashtray??!! That was the end of “social smoking” as we know it.

Now, no longer was smoking something you did while discussing politics or catching up with an old friend. Now it was an evil. An evil that made men “sneak a puff” when they knew damn well that if the old lady next to them saw it, they would surely rat us out. It is now an evil that makes us put on our coat and politely excuse ourselves from the table, only to head outside (at least 15 feet from any entranceway) and huddle around one lone ashcan with all the other cast-offs, complaining of our plight, asking when this all got started.

So as our culture grew to a point where smoking was nearly criminal, technology saw a big opportunity….THE SMOKELESS CIGARETTE!

Yes, technology did what it always does; it finds a solution to a man-made situation.

An electronic cigarette…get used to it, it is here to stay.

No deadly carcinogens, no stinky, smelly clothes, no dangerous second-hand smoke. And best of all…it can be puffed legally anywhere.

And this is not some nasty, “quit smoking by pretending you’re smoking” gadget. The electronic cigarette delivers REAL nicotine that smokers crave, delivered to the smoker with a wator vapor instead of the deadly, tar-filled smoke of traditional cigarettes.

I don’t know anyone that smokes and doesn’t know that risks involved with it. I would also be hard-pressed to find a smoker who doesn’t admit to at least “wanting” to quit because of the health concerns.

And now this is where it gets really interesting.

Our world of technology has evolved enormously, almost in every area of our lives.  People become seemingly particular to whatever is new in the technological market. Advancement has been the mouth piece of everyone and the action for realization is the end goal to be pursued. The product Value is considered but the quality and utility are given more emphasis. This is our world, people are coping up with time and practically involving themselves into the modern call of technology.

It is not new to us per se that millions of people all over the world had been into smoking. And for sure, we know how smoking traditional tobacco cigarettes can damage our health. Several dangerous effects are mentioned damaging our health and shorten our lives. This allows several concerned people to discover modern ways, technologically based, to develop better option and lessen the dangerous effects of such to our health.

Out of the blue, one company who saw the need for a healthy smoking came up to elevate the standard for a hazardous free and sensationally satisfying smoking. It is an electronic cigarette which is of high quality and standardized in utility, features, accessibility and health friendly. Aside from these high sounding characteristics, it is also known to being cheap electronic cigarettes.

These cheap electronic cigarettes were developed by the company called Smokebot Electronic Cigarettes. This cigarette comes in a soft paper form with a built in atomizer that vaporizes e-liquid containing nicotine into a water vapor that simulates a smoke that tastes like tobacco. It is a battery powered device that is rechargeable.

Step 3: Once the “Smoke” and “Bot” have been combined to make your very own Smokebot, you are ready to start smoking.

Anything that you expose your to, whether it is the foods you eat or pollutants such as cigarette smoke, can affect your body and potentially, your unborn baby. It is especially important before conception and around the time of conception to be aware of how things in your everyday life may affect your chances of becoming pregnant and the heath of your baby.

In many cases scientists have not adequately studied the effects of environmental factors on human fertility. One of the reasons is that it is often difficult to isolate one risk factor, such as pesticide exposure from other risk factors for lower fertility. How ever it is sensible to avoid certain known hazards.

Food And Alcohol

Some foods are potentially hazardous mainly because they may be contaminated with pollutants (such as mercury) or microorganisms (such as listeriosis) that cause disease. These are covered more fully. Coffee and alcohol intake may also influence fertility.

Coffee

Drinking coffee is unlikely to reduce your chances of conceiving unless you drink a lot: more than than five cups a day may slightly lower your fertility. Try to limit your overall caffeine in take to 250 to 300 mg. An average cup of coffee has about 90mg of caffeine. Remember that tea and certain soft drinks often contain caffeine.

Alcohol

This is linked with some reduction in fertility but only if you drink more than 4-8 alcoholic beverages a week. An occasional drink is unlikely to affect your ability to conceive significantly. How ever it is best to refrain from heavy drinking mainly so that you don’t have to worry about the possible effects on your baby if you do become pregnant.

Smoking

Smoking causes significant decreases in fertility. It’s estimated that about 13 percent of cases of infertility may be attributable to cigarette smoking. Smoking also reduces the amount of oxygen reaching your baby. Smoking lowers the age at which women start menopause, suggesting that it contributes to the premature depletion of eggs in the ovaries. Unfortunately infertility in smokers cannot always be treated successfully with assisted reproductive technology (ART) because smoking can permanently affect the ability of the ovaries to respond to fertility treatments. Smoking marijuana has also been linked to decreased fertility, especially when it is combined with alcohol. The best time to stop smoking is now, before you become pregnant.

X-Rays And Radiation

The amount of radiation in routine X-rays should not affect your ability to become pregnant in the future. However, women who have had pelvic radiation for cancer may have problems conceiving. The level of radiation in any one diagnostic X-ray should not increase your risk of miscarriage, however it is always a good idea to tell the technician if you are trying to conceive so that your uterus can be shielded.

All across the United States and most of Canada, laws are being passed en masse to keep smokers and smoking, out of any public areas.

Anyone who smokes knows how smokers have slowly but surely been “squeezed” out.

It all started with the ban on smoking, except for trans-oceanic flights. Then eventually even that was taken away from smokers. As a smoker, I can’t say that I disagree with the airplane rules against smoking. If I can’t even stretch my legs out or scratch my back because of the cramped quarters on airplanes, how in the world can you have a “section” of people puffing away and not have all that smoke ruminate throughout the cabin?

Then it seemed like restaurants were the next domino to fall. Again, how could some people in the same room not be subject to the same air as the rest of the crowd? Fair enough, people who don’t smoke don’t want to inhale a cloud of smoke with their meal.

But then, the unthinkable happened…THEY BANNED SMOKING IN BARS! The last oasis of “freedom to puff” was stripped away from us. What is a bar without a huge fog of smoke? How could us men go home to our wives and tell them we were at the bar with guys when we don’t even smell like a stale ashtray??!! That was the end of “social smoking” as we know it.

Now, no longer was smoking something you did while discussing politics or catching up with an old friend. Now it was an evil. An evil that made men “sneak a puff” when they knew damn well that if the old lady next to them saw it, they would surely rat us out. It is now an evil that makes us put on our coat and politely excuse ourselves from the table, only to head outside (at least 15 feet from any entranceway) and huddle around one lone ashcan with all the other cast-offs, complaining of our plight, asking when this all got started.

So as our culture grew to a point where smoking was nearly criminal, technology saw a big opportunity….THE SMOKELESS CIGARETTE!

Yes, technology did what it always does; it finds a solution to a man-made situation.

An electronic cigarette…get used to it, it is here to stay.

No deadly carcinogens, no stinky, smelly clothes, no dangerous second-hand smoke. And best of all…it can be puffed legally anywhere.

And this is not some nasty, “quit smoking by pretending you’re smoking” gadget. The electronic cigarette delivers REAL nicotine that smokers crave, delivered to the smoker with a wator vapor instead of the deadly, tar-filled smoke of traditional cigarettes.

I don’t know anyone that smokes and doesn’t know that risks involved with it. I would also be hard-pressed to find a smoker who doesn’t admit to at least “wanting” to quit because of the health concerns.

And now this is where it gets really interesting.

Did you know that multi-level marketing is responsible for making many, many people millionaires? Did you also know that when times are tough economically, that is the precise environment when MLM thrives? It is a fact.
