You’re trying to get pregnant. You want a beautiful baby. And you want to experience the joy of motherhood. After being unsuccessful at getting pregnant, you might start to wonder what’s wrong with you and your body. You might wonder, “why am I not getting pregnant”.
So, what I’m going to do is share with you some possible reasons why you’re not getting pregnant. And I’ll share with you a few things you can start doing so that you’ll be able to get pregnant within the next two months.
The reasons why you’re not getting pregnant are:
1. The first thing that can be stopping you from having a baby is smoking and drinking. If you’re smoking or drinking alcohol, you need to stop. At least until you get pregnant and have your baby. Smoking and drinking alcohol dramatically reduces your chances of getting pregnant.
2. Another reason why you’re not getting pregnant could be your nutrition. If you’re not eating the right foods, you will reduce your chance of being able to get pregnant.
3. The third reason could be your sexual partner. If he has low sperm count, it could be the cause of you not being able to become pregnant. But don’t worry, there are some things he can do to increase his sperm count.
Now, a few things you can do right now that will help you get pregnant is to know your body. You need to know when you’re ovulating. This is the best time for you to get pregnant. Also, when you have sexual intercourse during ovulation, make sure you do it in the missionary position.

It has been proved today that smoking harms a women much more than it does a man. Smoking is an addiction that has caught up with the women folk at a fast rate in the recent years. Especially in the developed western countries women with the fag is quite a common site. There need not be any more discussion on the harms of smoking. They have already been immensely stressed upon. But as people are now much more aware of the banes of this addiction there has been no development on the ‘no smoking’ front. Smoking stands true to the term addiction.
